for those of you
who feel the void,
the daunting emptiness
that exists around the corner...
for those of you
who have ever
felt overwhelmed with life
to the point of depression...
for everyone
that is scared to take the leap
into the vast unknown
that sits beneath our human experience...
I am here to share what I’ve learned.
after a very long time of feeling trapped in the darkness,
trapped in the emptiness of confusion,
I finally, one day realized...
that the very space inside myself
that I am terrified of
and feel trapped in
(the void)
is precisely the same space
that holds the power of
C R E A T I O N.
that it is the space that holds all
P O T E N T I A L.
yes, indeed, that can be overwhelming to come in contact with!
but
what if I CHOOSE
to PLAY in this fertile emptiness
rather than run from it?
while having compassion for the fear?
the unknown is a playground, my friends.
surrender to it,
embrace it,
and PLAY in it.
I’ve alchemized my deep cycle of depression by doing this...
and I even have a tattoo on my wrist,
that reminds me to
PLAY DIVINELY in the EMPTINESS.
