My judgement of the wild sacred mess of the feminine imprinted into me at a very early age. From as early as I can remember, I took pride in being a tomboy because I felt stronger, smarter, more mature, and generally just more worthy.

It wasn’t until a lot later in my life I recognized this as my way of internalizing the societal repression of the feminine.

It was also how I coped with a deep rooted feeling of unsafety with my mom and other female figures in my life (I loved them all, but always felt mistrust). Therefore I felt safer when my feminine self was repressed.

My feminine side became so repressed that for most of my adult life, I was either disconnected from my desire, turn-on, and life force — or it was leaky af.

I used to be terrified of the full force and range of the feminine.

Now it is the core mission of my life to honor her and let her lead my life - into so much magic, awe, creativity, connection and abundance.

I love my masculine and I love being a tomboy sometimes — but now I see that as one of 517251 identities that I get to choose from and play with whenever the fuck I want. Rather than an identity I was stuck in based out of fear.

So yes. This video could just look like me dancing around performatively in a sparkly festival outfit. But what it really is, is part of my shameless reclamation and DELIGHTFUL PLAY of allowing all versions of myself with so much love and liberation.

I’m convinced that 80% of our existence (until we learn to liberate our truth and desires), we’re actually just resisting wanting what we want. Convincing ourselves it’s too much, too little, too impossible, too inconvenient, too inappropriate…

And if you’re anything like me, you might be doing this without even knowing it. Sometimes the only thing we need to shift a pattern is to make it conscious. So here’s some of the most common ways I see we gaslight ourselves:

➞ “This relationship is fine — nothing’s really wrong.”
aka: I’ve normalized low-standards and called it love because I don’t believe I’m worthy of more.

➞ “It’s not that bad. I should just be grateful for what I have.”
aka: I’m afraid to admit I want more because I don’t believe I’m allowed to.

➞ “I’m probably just asking my partner for too much…”
aka: I’ve mistaken my deepest desires for being “needy.”

➞ “I just need to stick with what’s working right now in biz.”
aka: I’m afraid to outgrow a version of success that no longer lights me up.

➞ “Maybe I’m just being dramatic or unrealistic…”
aka: My bigness scares me, so I’ll label it as too much.

➞ “People won’t pay for that.”
aka: I’m projecting my own money stories onto my dream clients.

➞ “Other people have it worse. Who am I to want more?”
aka: I’ve been taught to compare like a mofo & that desire is selfish instead of sacred.

➞ “I have to wait until I’ve healed more before I can have that.”
aka: I’ve confused being ‘ready’ with being perfect.

➞ “I don’t even know what I want anymore.”
aka: I’ve been gaslighting myself for so long, I can’t hear my own inner voice through the noise.

Some highlights from 2024 💫

Last year was my year of claiming the extraordinary.

It began with a dark night of the soul as I tried to accept that my intuition was telling me to change nearly everything in my life. To go against the grain of where the flow of life had led me -

To choose a life filled with MIND BLOWING AWE AND EXTRAORDINARY MAGIC EVERY FCKING DAY over a life that was great, but where I was attached to and stuck in comfort.

2024 was the year I learned to reclaim my radical, delusional, sensual, creative desires.

2024 was the year I decided it was time to stop gaslighting myself out of what I know in my bones is possible.

2024 was the year I did the brave thing and transitioned my partnership.

2024 was the year I bought a fcking house. The house I’d been dreaming about for years. (And have made an absolute sanctuary that I couldn’t be more obsessed with.)

2024 was the year I healed my core wound around community and connection (and now have a thriving soul fam + social life).

2024 was the year I decided to believe that the only thing holding any of us back from EVERYTHING we desire is the assumption or excuse that we can’t have it yet.

I am feeling like 2025 will be simultaneously the weirdest (hi political climate) but also most expansive (I’ve never felt more alive) of my life.

This summer has been the most transformative era of my entire life. I’ve been healing lifelong wounds around community, fundamental belonging, and intimacy, that have been a huge source of pain and separation my entire life.

For context, 5 years ago I had crippling (though high-functioning) social anxiety and depression that kept me from feeling like any kind of authentic human connection would ever be possible for me, without LAYERS of filter, insecurity, hyper-vigilance, people pleasing, etc…

Unison, for me, was a convergence moment where so many long-lasting threads of healing came together to mirror back to me this web of who I am now, what I am a match to, how deeply I can receive and give love, and what IS possible for me to experience in this life as it relates to community, connections, and intimacy.

It honestly felt like COMPLETE liberation in a context where I previously thought it impossible.

Every. Fcking. Moment. Was filled with the most extraordinary and mind-blowing beauty, flow, depth, play, laughter, awe, and organic unfolding. Every person I connected with, whether it was two words in passing or a long conversation with an old friend (or my dad, because yes you all know by now he’s epic and was there 🥰) - was filled with so much authenticity, love, and ease. And PLAY!!! So much inner child FUN!!

NOT TO MENTION THE MUSIC 🤤🫠💃🏼🤯🤩🪄😍😭

I’m landing back with a completely cracked open heart, in any moment on the verge of tears at the utter fcking bittersweet gratitude that we get to experience this level of magic together as humans, yet that we only have so much time to spend together on Earth.

Here’s to the bravery it takes to live with an open heart 🙏🏼❤️ and experiencing more epic magic together 💫

It’s hardly even the number, either… it’s what that number symbolizes and means to me:

→ Building and leading an amazing team and paying them really fucking well
→ Being of service to so many incredible women
→ Abundant resource to build the home and creative retreat space I have always wanted
→ More money to put back into causes I care about
→ Paving a path forward for what’s possible for creatives

… and so on.

As a done-for-you provider, scaling looks quite a lot different from scaling a coaching business. Sooo many service providers and creatives reach a cap at around $10k-$15k/mo that is just nearly impossible to break out of unless you have a really good team and support.

So here’s what I’ve been working on behind the scenes to set my shiz up for SUCCESSSSSS in scaling, without losing any of the heart, soul, quality, or depth of connection I have with my clients →
