A touch of backstory...​
I am an athlete turned hippy-yogi healer who has studied just about everything under the sun: bodywork, energy work, psychology, neuroscience, biomechanics, somatic healing, holistic nutrition, Chinese medicine, tons of art forms, tons of science, design, fitness, yoga, permaculture - just to name the main ones.

I've been on the path of healing and awakening since I was a teenager. In my early adult years, I suffered from many chronic illnesses: depression, anxiety, fatigue, and digestive distress. These challenges catapulted me into learning everything I possibly could about healing, transformation, growth, embodiment, and purpose.
​
And it WORKED. I healed myself and completely transformed my life. The deep wisdom and guidance that came from going through these experiences was that my life is all about creativity - awakening it, embodying it, learning from it, and shamelessly expressing it.
So loves, that's what I'm here to do.
